Bird dogging
New member here and was just wondering if bird dogging is still viable?
As someone new to real estate it seems that bird dogging would be a good way to start learning the ins and outs of investing while also having the opportunity to work with and learn from s seasoned investor.
What are your thoughts on this? If it's viable way to get started in investing, how could I get started?
