Ready to buy duplex, triplex

Hi all,

Just starting up, looking to buy duplex, triplex or 4plex in Michigan (Detroit, Lancing, Ann Arbor or Grand Blanc) to live in a unit and rent the rest..any advice.

I work from home, so i am open to any safe area in a good school district, if the deal make good $ense
