First rental advice
Just purshased first rental 3 bedroom 1 bath @ 36,000 in good condition. Planning on renting to section 8 for $600 a month with a $500 deposit. What is the best advice with going this route for first property. The area is not in a wealthy city. I think section 8 makes the most sense based on the population.
