I am reading the book Landlording - graet book lots of informaiton. The author has so many papers for each tenant to sign prior to moving in and his app is like 5 pages - just curious on what you guys use? He also asks for their credit card information, banking info, a lot of information that I was like WOW... Also if you were to rent a home for $600 per month what would your deposit be and would you make them pay it in full prior to moving in?
