The Beginning - Getting started in Europe (from there)
The goal to create a residual income (financial freedom) as soon as possible.
Take into account that I am from Europe, not USA or Canada. The banks here are not so easy going as up there.
Do you think that it's smart to start buying propriety that creates cash flow from the very beginning (those logically being higher in price) ??
Another think is how do you acquire money because I have heard that the loan is not the only way and do you have a rule of thumb for how long you pay that money off ??
What would you recommend me how to start ( which niches and strategy to use to get to financial freedom the quickest)
Can somebody please direct me to a community that is centered in EU as well, I would very much appreciate it.
