Flipping in GA

Hello,

I am currently located in Stone Mountain, GA.  I would like to start flipping homes in the Atlanta area but do not have the funds to do so right now.  Can anyone provide advice on how I could get started with no money? I am skeptical of getting a hard money loan but that is the only option I can think of.  I am open to any suggestions.
