Suggestions for a Northern Utah team
- I am looking to start flipping a few houses in Davis/Weber County area, and a bit ahead of actually getting started, but I am curious about suggestions for the following:
Realtor who is an investor also and knows HUDs well,
Good general contractor,
Title Company,
Good hard money leads,
Suggestions on insurance needs,
Wholesalers,
Any other suggestions
I have been digging into forums, watching webinars, listening to podcasts and trying to learn as much as possible. I haven't made it to any REA's as of yet, but I am planning on joining soon. Thankssa in advance, this is definitely a great resource.
