So Excited!
I can't really say how I am pumped about finally stepping into the REI pool. I've been trolling the site for months now, and have learned so much through the forums, podcasts, and book recommendations. I've only recently started running really numbers on properties, and still need to figure out the specific goal i want to focus on.
I binged on podcasts the last few days while work was slow, and have noted lots of key advice that i'll add to my tool kit. I'm looking forward to attending local REI groups next month. Hope to see you all there.
