What to look for?
I will start marketing the first quarter of the year to start wholesaling. I need to generate leads and don't want to put money in places that it shouldn't be. I need help with a marketing plan and starting up my wholesale business.
How should I break down my search when looking for leads, what's the best criteria. How much equity, how old the loan is or how mature it is and things of that matter?
