First Property! Cross your fingers......
It looks as if we could have our first property by the end of next week. We are very excited, but as you can imagine a bit nervous as we move closer to the beginning of this exciting venture......
I know we are going to miss stuff, hopefully not many.....So if anyone has any word of advice as we move towards purchasing this first flip, I am all ears....
We are bidding on two properties
1st - HUD home open to investors
2nd - Auction site and we are currently winning the bid
