Starting out in this economy (Tips?)
So I've read all of these books all written in very different economic conditions. From finding private money to finding properties to sealing deals to wholesaling them to investors, can some of you with experience talk about how this economy good or bad is affecting your investing/deals? What will I have to be careful of or do differently in this economy?
