Hello Everyone,

I am currently located in Northern Virginia and looking to purchase my first real estate property. I'm looking for properties in Virginia, DC and Maryland. I'm looking for foreclosure and short sale opportunities preferably turn key with low maintenance under $60,000. Thank-you

Good luck in your investing. Baltimore has some properties that are turn key for that price range.
