Recommendations for Hands-Off companies

Hi all,

Newbie here. I am a busy professional, looking for real turnkey real estate investments to buy and hold. Preferably not as part of a REIT but in properties owned wholly: houses, townhouses, condo units.

Preferred states: NY, PA, NJ, CT. Other states OK as well. Most important factor is how much turnkey it is, combined with good cash flow, of course

Any recommendations on serious professional companies?

You will receive tons of notifications as it is a very widely discussed topic here on the site. There are many turnkey operators here and you will be able to read tons of info and posts about them, both good and bad.
