Couple's first flip

Hi all,

I’m new to Bigger Pockets and wanted to say hi. I’ve already had some great chats with members and it’s only been a week. I’m in a little bit of a different position here - I’m not an investor myself, but I’m a TV producer/casting director who’s worked on quite a few real estate/build shows (so it’s sort of adjacent, right?). My company, Original Media, is producing a few projects in the house flipping space, so I’m putting this out there in case someone wants to make a jump into the TV game.

We’re producing a series that will follow newly married, newlywed and/or engaged couples as they work on a property flip for the first time together. We all know how unpredictable, challenging and fun flipping can be, especially when it involves working with a loved one for the first time. We have a few couples secured, but we’re looking to add to the mix a bit. If that resonates with anyone out there, or if it sounds like someone you might know, I’d love to chat!

@Joe M.

I like the @Shannon K. and @Chad Johnson idea best.  Of course they would have to play up the odd couple part.  Their accents would have to be at least 150% of normal.

Maybe they could do two deals at the same time...  well at least it could be edited that way.  One in Oklahoma one in New York.  That way, every delay would be a potential missed flight back to the other job.

Picture the show HomeTime mixed with Green Acres with a little Property Virgins thrown in.

By the way, people thought it was a married couple on HomeTime and it got freaky when they just replaced the woman.

LOL
