Hello BP!

I am currently looking for an FHA approved contractor in Kansas City.

Can you recommend someone?

There's no such thing as an FHA approved contractor. You can use any licensed and bonded contractor you choose. If this is an FHA 203K, there is a 203K certification that contractors can get but it's simply a designation and not required.
