Preparing 1st Financials

Hello,

I met with my local commerical banker today about obtaining a line of credit on an investment property that I have. (discussed in previous thread). As I anticipated, he suggested for me to put together a personal financial statement, all my business finanacials, and property description w/ title etc. for review. Anybody have any suggestions on software or guides that can help create very neat, organized, professional looking docs? I'm currently running Quickbooks Pro, so the main business financial statements shouldn't be an issue. I'm referencing more towards the personal side of the house.... Also, I'm assuming it would help to put a business plan on paper. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Patrick
