I'm 20 years old, starting with a fresh mind and wanting to dive into the realm of real estate. I would like to know of any recommended reading, or any great DVDs you recommend watching? Any and all studying material will be greatly appreciated.

Great book, wish I would have read it when I was your age.

Also the bigger pockets podcasts are awesome, I listen when I'm driving and working out
