New to whole selling

Hello BP, My name is Accario Trotter and I live in Dallas, TX. I've made the decision to jump into the real estate business and have no experience what's so ever. To be honest I don't even know where to start. I would love to focus on whole selling right now and later down the road tackle flipping and rental properties. I'm in desperate need of help and would love someone to teach me about whole selling process and guide me to my first deal. In other words I need s mentor. Any takers?

Before you jump into anything and expect a mentor to take you by the hand, please start with the basics. Free right here on BP is a wonderful resource, The Ultimate Beginner's Guide. Read is. Reread it. There are plenty of podcasts focusing on wholesaling....listen to them. Read the Brandon Turner blogs. Read the J Scott books, The Book on Flipping and The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs. Read the Brandon Turner book about low and no money down investing. Get involved in the forums. and use them to ask the questions all your reading will inevitably create.

By the time you read and digest those resources you should at least have the necessary vocabulary and foundation for a coach to work with.  When you do, give me a shout.
