Learn from experienced investors

Hello BP,

I am still fairly new to Real Estate Investing.  I've been listening to the podcasts on here as well as reading books about real estate, but the next step I want to do is to have some hands on experience.  I want to learn from more experienced investors and I'll be more than willing to help out with whatever that may be needed, as volunteering or being paid.  I am from Minnesota in the twin cities area.  If you or anyone you know might need a lending hand, please feel free to message me.
