I have a hard money loan for a flip, however; I have decided to hold the property and am looking to do refi cash-out, the property is under an LLC that I created, was wondering if anyone knows of a local/community bank in the Central/North Jersey area that lends to LLC's, I have read many banks are skeptical about doing refi cash-out loans to LLCs.
