Just starting out

I'm Aaron LaSage, currently active duty service. I'm looking for advice and any guidance on investing in real estate. I'm interested in buy and hold. Don't really have much saved, nor do I have credit which I know can be a bit of a hassle in this kind of thing. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
