Ohio Real Estate License
Hey guys, I am getting ready to start my first flip here in a few months. I've been seeing a lot of stuff about people saying you should get your real estate license, and some say it's not required. Correct me if i'm wrong but the main reason to get a license is to have access to the MLS? I'm sure it has other benefits too, but it seems like that is the real reason to do it. Any recommendations on what I should do? I am 21 years old working out of Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio.
