telephone systems

Hi, I'm looking for referrals to providers of virtual voice and voicemail systems that allow for multiple extensions with voicemail.  Right now we're using Google Voice, but I want a system that allows me to redirect, for example, calls from current tenants to Person\voicemail A, and calls from prospective tenants to Person\voicemail B.  Looks like Grasshopper might offer this, and possibly the Google Voice plugin Ooma Telo.  Are there any others that I've missed?  Thanks.

@Gregory Tigan I've used RingCentral for 4 years and can say I don't recommend them at all. I use their Android app and neither me nor my assistant can successfully dial out over VoIP, and they are a VoIP provider. Unfortunately they're one of the biggest providers so you'll probably see their name batted around here. We've had a lot of issues since last spring and their customer service, while attentive, has done exactly nothing to help us fix the issue except call, leave voicemails, and send us emails that offer no solutions.

Curious to see what alternatives others suggest as well (since I'm considering switching at the moment)!
