Flip and fix workshop
Today we attended a workshop on rehab and flipping houses.
This workshop was quite informative and it was geared for the new York market rather than just general information.
The most valuable information was knowing your numbers. Making sure your numbers are 20% minimum profit on the deal. Deciding a flip rehab, rental or buy and hold.
We recommend joining your local real estate investor organizations to get a full understanding of the industry for your area of interest.
