Denton, Texas---New to BP!!

Hello all! I have read the BP forums for about 6 months now and love the topics and insights from all of the members. I live in Denton, Tx which is in the northern portion of the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex. I interested in meeting like minded investors to partner with and or hard money lenders so that I can fully understand how the process works. Robert,  I am a local realtor in Denton but also do investments with my Dad.  Currently have one rehab going on and in contract to purchase another in Denton.  If you get a Denton meeting setup and I'm sure both of us would be interested in coming.  We are from Denton so know that market best but go all over Denton county and also Collin and if the deals sweet enough farther south into the metroplex!
