Attorney questions?

Hello BP Nation, Today I am going to talk to an attorney that I hope to be working with in any legal items that I might have going forward. I just wanted to ask BP if there are any questions that would be good to ask an attorney when starting out that, as a beginner, I might not think of? Anything that you might have come across in your experiences that you wish you would have asked an attorney about or knew when you were first starting out. I look forward to reading your posts and thank you in advance.

Hey @Robert Renne, I'm about to go and meet with an attorney for the first time. I am currently looking for properties but don't own any rental investments, yet. I plan on bringing a copy of a potential lease I would use to make sure it covers what I need. Anything else I should bring with me or ask while I'm there based on your experience?
