Newbie from Columbus Ohio
Hello everyone my name is Josh Smith I am 21 years old and I am completely new to investing. Even though I am new, I know in my heart this is what I want to do. My main goal is to start flipping homes and maybe have a rental or two, I know most of you will recommend that I buy the books for beginners on how to invest but, that's not how I learn. I am more of a hands on face-to-face type of learner. So, I am hoping I would be able to meet some of you in the Columbus area and sit down and talk. I really want to put my all into this and learn as much as possible so any tips you can give to me is appreciated.
