Hello everyone my name is Josh Smith I am 21 years old and I am completely new to investing. Even though I am new, I know in my heart this is what I want to do. My main goal is to start flipping homes and maybe have a rental or two, I know most of you will recommend that I buy the books for beginners on how to invest but, that's not how I learn. I am more of a hands on face-to-face type of learner. So, I am hoping I would be able to meet some of you in the Columbus area and sit down and talk. I really want to put my all into this and learn as much as possible so any tips you can give to me is appreciated.

Welcome! I'd definitely recommend doing the reading, lots to be learned that way. But I like your attitude about being hands on. I've been flipping in the Columbus area for about 9 years now and hands on is how I learned. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
@Matt Stewart is there any way you and I can sit down somewhere and talk and discuss about how to start flipping?
I'm getting leads in Columbus, I'd be willing to partner with someone on the ground there, I'll send you the leads with signed Letters of Intent or contracts and you close them with your title co or attorney and your cash buyers. split it 50/50 minus my marketing.
