Recently purchased my first investment property and attempted to transfer the title to a formed LLC. Long story short, Wells Fargo would not allow the transfer to an LLC without triggering a "due in full" clause. I am covered by liability insurance to offset the protection that the LLC would have afforded.

That being said does anyone see any benefit to keeping the LLC active? Any other uses that I am not seeing as beneficial and tied to investment properties?
