Sullivan County NY - Liberty Rentals

I habe been searching bp for sometime. I have flipped a few houses pre 2008 but now my mindset is for rentals to hold long term. 

I am thinking about buying rental properties in Sullivan County. Any thoughts of the market up there. I have seen a few deals online in Monticello and Liberty.
