Hello everyone. I would like to thank you ahead of time for answering this and reading it. So I recently just got started in this and I was curious as to if anyone could give me tips on getting your first house with no money and give me a good starting point? I recently went to look at a house for $95,000 and it's nice but I feel like it's a lot for someone just starting out.
