Just curious if anyone had any info on the Atlanta/North Atlanta market? Is it an area worth targeting?

Hey Chad,

I am in the process of buying new construction.  2 in Buford and 1 in Suwanee.  James Park is helping me on these deals.  I'm cash flowing on all of them with a 20% down.  I like new construction because the builder has a 2 year warranty so therefore there isn't any maintenance the first 2 years.  Also new construction means no worries about roof or major capex.
