How to find investing area??
Looking to end my analysis paralysis and jump into wholesaling properties but I'm not sure how to find an area to look into. I'm currently living in NYC and looking to invest out of state (not enough potential to wholesale in NYC).
Can anyone suggest any methods of searching for finding prime RE markets to invest in? Are there any websites, should I use brokers, property managers, MLS?
