Hello my name is Jamarcious. I am brand new to the real estate game in the Miami area, I've been actively seeking bird dog opportunities in the local area essentially for OJT on-the-job training to gain experience and knowledge while being able to earn money at the same time. I'm a very self motivated individual. I've done my basic research on the in's and outs on real estate investing. I feel I can be an asset to an individual they can help me learn the business.
