Finding Private Lenders
I've seen several people mention using OPM to fund their investments and having lots of success. How risky is this strategy? Where do you have to be credit wise for this to even be a legitimate option? And where do you find these people? I'm brand new to REI and really curious to the various methods that I've seen mentioned so far. Any help/input would be appreciated.
