Hello everyone. I have been interested in rental property investing for some time now, but I have no idea how or where to begin. What steps do I need to take? Should I get a partner? I'm about to graduate college and out of all of the magazines, papers, writings that I have seen. Investing is a key contributor. So I figured investing in rental properties will get me a steady passive income, but I know to start up it can be a lot of hard work/and hassle. I want to attempt to cover all my bases before I even look at properties and so on. I will mainly use this thread to monitor my progress for those who do not know what to do then link to others as my investing progresses. Thanks!
