Hello all! My husband and I are eager to begin our investment career but we still have a few hesitations. We hope that some of you might be able to answer a few questions for us! Q1: What is a recommended time frame for educating before beginning? What are the essentials before starting? Q2: How is ARV accurately determined? Is this something a realtor would be used for? Q3: Where do you begin in searching for a good contractor? And how do you draw up a contract for them? Is this something that a real estate attorney would handle? Thank you in advance for all of the wonderful advice I'm sure you all have to offer!
