I am a wholesaler in broward county florida and I want to know if any local investors know how or where I can get a list of tax delinquent and code violation properties  from?

Hi Ken.

In regards to the tax deliquent list Broward County uses TaxSys from my recollection.  Find the treasurer/tax-collectors website and you can poke through there.  Ive done similar things for the central counties of Florida.
