First timer
mortgage banking professional. Eager to get started and network with a community of like minded individuals. I have my first deal that should come around within 60 days or so. A SFR bought well below market value. Need to hell to asses property to purchase , rehab and flip or find another investor to buy at wholesale so I am get in and get out ? Help!
