Ok hi , I'm diving into investing , I flipped 1 house years back , a guy was leaving state and I got the house for cheap , fixed it , sold it , not much to it , used conventional loan , I think deal fell in my lap, now I'm really studying and reaching out , made contact with one of the investors who prob flips more homes than anyone and can now wholesale to him ! Now I need to get deals !!?? How do u use your county records office to find out who's late on payment s , is it a list u can just get ?? I need to no how to use that , and bandit it signs I'm told , and mail marketing , adds online , buisness cards ??!!! Get the word out ! I'm still trying to line up hard money got a few avenues but seems they want what banks want to, great credit and Money , so wholesaling for now !! So what works for you finding the motivated seller and do u use county records office !!
