Evaluation of 1st property
I just completed my first evaluation of a potential wholesale flip or buy&hold with my contractor. The agent is waiting for the bank for listing price(foreclosed). My contractor is sending me the repair numbers soon. What do I do next? How do I prepare to make an offer after anatyzing the numbers?
