Well my success rate is 33% so far. I submitted 3 different contracts on 3 different properties but only 1 offer was accepted. The other two offers were rejected in favor of higher offers. Good for the seller of course but for me I had reached the highest point that I was willing to go. So in this case 333% feels good. I think I made the correct decision in letting them go
