Buying my first house
Hello so I've been looking to buy my first house in Virginia. I only have around 5,000 dollars and I was interested in a duplex or a triplex. Any advice would really be appreciated!

Sounds like you need to talk to a banker. I would suggest looking for someone local that you can have a good conversation with about what your options are. I'm not sure what the prices are in your area are like but 5000 with an FHA should be able to get a 100k property.
