Paying Mortgage with Credit Cards

Is it possible to pay your mortgage monthly with a credit card?

If so how do you set it up and which mortgage companies allow this?

I am planning on purchasing a Duplex and would like to use my credit card to pay and then pay my credit card balance off immediately every month, the reason is because I want to earn miles while paying down the mortgage.

Any feedback? Is anyone already doing this and know how to sett this up?
