Looking to start and build a team in Katy, TX.

Hello all, I am an out-of-state investor that is looking to begin investing in SFR's in Katy, TX. I have a good friend of mine that lives in the area and have been doing research on the area for a couple months. I am slowly getting comfortable with pulling the trigger soon but would like to know of quality/trustworthy agents, mortgage brokers, and property managers in the area that I could utilize since I am not physically in the area. BP has taught me so much already as a newbie so I am interested in hearing what advice/recommendations some of you might have. Thanks! - Jayson
