Ok I've been doing the driving for dollars thing for about 5 weeks and am working my fingers to the bone trying to get yellow letters written to the leads I have, but I really am not terribly interested in being a wholesaler.  I am not empty-handed,  but the few grand I have in the bank account seems to have only attracted the people most interested in extracting it.  I am not opposed to paying for education, but I'm not gonna blow my whole savings account so someone can tell me to clean up my credit, make a LinkedIn profile,  and start wholesaling...

I have a ton of POSITIVE energy, a rapidly-expanding network, and a boatload of leads... anyone interested?  I'm in South Mountain district, working it and Tolleson for now.

Interested in what? No one will pay for leads if that's what your asking for?

Be patient, find the "deal", sell the deal, rinse and repeat. Don't let anyone take your $. Build experience and then look for someone to JV with.
