Newbie in Westerville
I am looking to make the first step in real estate investing in central Ohio (Sunbury, Galena, Westerville, Gahanna areas). I've always loved real estate and want to pursue getting my sales and brokerage license while flipping houses in the area part time. I am quite handy and have lots of amateur home improvement experience. I don't mind the sweat equity but need to learn the math of real estate investing in the Columbus area. Any guidance would be very much appreciated during my fledgling phase.
