Paying for everything

I'm from Phoenix, Az. And out here you have to pay for real estate investing advice. Sure I can read a real estate books. But when I try to find real estate groups out here they all charge you an entrance fee. It may not be much but I'm trying to learn to keep money not spend it. Do I just keep to myself if I don't want to pay to speak with real estate groups?

Hi Stephanie,

Yes, most local REIAs do charge a small fee. There are some local "meet-ups" that don't charge. @Michael Hacker organizes a great meet-up that's typically in the East Valley. There is a good mix of seasoned investors and those that are just starting out. There is actaully one this week.

Where?

Bar Louie (Tempe Marketplace)

Mike,

Unfortunately I'm traveling last minute and won't be able to make it this week.

Take care,

Casey
