I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post in... Do I have to have my realtor license to rent out my house if I'm still paying my mortgage also if eviction did come across am I allowed to evict?

Hi @Mike Bowling. If you own the property (regardless of mortgage) then you have the right to manage it yourself. You would need an agent's license if you were going to rent property you didn't own, and charge a fee to do so.

You can evict a non-paying tenant, or one who violates your lease. Brandon Turner wrote several really awesome articles about renting, evicting, tenant screening, etc.
