Financing and Reality
How many of us are shaking our heads and wondering why other people are so lucky !@#?? For us beginners: I spent all my savings to attend the "Flip & make money" workshops, followed all advice, and made the manuals my bible. Went above and beyond DUE DILIGENCE, when it came to researching properties. Joined several online real estate clubs, gone to investor meetings. I felt the success around me and felt almost happy knowing that I have a chance ( Because all the BOOKS state, NO money ). But, every time I go to bat-I strike out :( I'm I the only one, who has no mentor, just enough in the bank to cover bail, if necessary ( Just joking about jail ) and can not get funding or backing, because the stars and cosmos don't line up in my favor, for stealing a kid's trick or treat bag 40 years ago? I work very hard and will not do others wrong. Does anyone know how to talk to the heavens and tell my stars and cosmos, to get their act together? I would appreciate the wisdom of others for whom are happy :) Thanks, BiggerPockets Demi Gods
