Websites/apps for real estate data

Hi everyone, just curious if there are any websites around that detail trends in the market (e.g. historical sales over a period of time, # of active listings year on year, # of listings sold year on year). I found an app that does this just for the NYC market but curious if there are any other sites beyond Zillow/Trulia that do this as well. Thanks!
